This is quite rare footage of a pedigree breeding “farm” in Sri Lanka where males are kept until their service of mating is needed. The males are then taken and forced to mate to make a female pregnant. Neither dog does this naturally which makes it “rape” and the trauma is no different to human rape. The puppies are then sold to pet shops and to those who want to buy a pedigree pup. If you have bought a puppy because you love them and you have not seen their parents this is most likely the cruelty you support.The video was shared on a breeding page recently and what’s even more unfortunate is that there were many comments from people calling this dog heaven and wanting to start a business doing the same thing. The owner gets paid for the “service”. This is one of many such places around Sri Lanka. I am not sure how this has got normalized to so many so fast in Sri Lanka.
